
SERVICE COORDINATOR
Location: Mount Gambier (Work at our Office, Remotely or Both)
Hours: Casual & flexible – busy in peak season, quieter in winter
Pay: Negotiable (ABN or Casual Employee)
We need a Service Coordinator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're organised, tech-savvy, and can juggle scheduling, customer comms, and admin like a pro, this could be the role for you.
The Job Includes:
- Scheduling jobs & optimising technician routes
- Keeping customers informed so everything runs smoothly
- Managing messages & handling customer enquiries
- Reviewing completed jobs & sending invoices
- Supporting our techs so they can focus on their work
Not for you if:
- You need constant supervision or struggle with feedback
- You’re uncomfortable with technology (we use GorillaDesk & Birdeye)
- You want a rigid, predictable routine – pest control is seasonal!
Ideal Candidate:
- Loves problem-solving & efficiency
- Can handle scheduling & multitasking like a boss
- Is a great communicator – both with customers & our team
- Works independently but knows when to ask for help
