All Spiderman SE staff are members of the Australian Environmental Pest Managers Association (AEPMA). AEPMA is committed to continuous improvement of the quality and reputation of Australia's pest management industry. By engaging a pest manager who is a member of AEPMA, you can rest assured they have agreed to conform to our strict Code of Ethics, are adequately insured for both professional indemnity and public liability and have access to the latest technological developments and training. Finally, if a misunderstanding should develop between you and your pest management company, the association assists with resolving the issue.
It's so important to our Team that we keep up to date with the latest pest control knowledge and techniques. Attending industry conferences and training is part of our commitment to maintaining our status as a leading pest control company and ensuring our customers get the best possible advice and service.
In addition, Spiderman SE is a PestCert-accredited business. Managed by AEPMA, PestCert is your guarantee that pest control operators have been accredited to the highest standards.
To gain PestCert accreditation, pest control operators must:
- Prove they have advanced knowledge of and experience with the latest, safest, most effective pest management technologies, practices and tools, and the skills and expertise to use them the right way.
- Strictly adhere to a demanding code of professional conduct, which governs how they do business and deliver the highest possible quality service.
- Commit to maintaining ongoing, continuing professional development, requiring many hours of detailed study and advanced training.
In addition, Spiderman SE is a PestCert-accredited business. Managed by AEPMA, PestCert is your guarantee that pest control operators have been accredited to the highest standards.

Spiderman SE is fully insured to provide pest control and termite management services and hold the following insurance policies to ensure our customers, the public and our staff are fully protected.
Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Policy with Wymark Insurance Brokers Pty Ltd. We carry $20 million in public liability insurance and $1 million in professional indemnity insurance, so you can rest easy knowing that we’re fully covered.
